As an Account Executive on 451 Agency’s national PR team, I help to develop and execute integrated public relations campaigns for our consumer, retail and healthcare clients.
Before joining 451 Agency, I held numerous jobs and internships in both the entertainment and PR world. I started my career as the entertainment newsroom intern at Boston’s KISS 108 radio station for the Matty in the Morning show working directly under Billy Costa. I then made the move to New York City, where I interned at Sunshine Sachs Public Relations for a summer. My senior year of college, I worked as the PR head for a start-up recording studio in Connecticut as well as working at College Street Music Hall.
I graduated from Quinnipiac University in May of 2016 with a major in Public Relations and a minor in Law. While at school, I was a member of Quinnipiac’s first team to enter the national Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Bateman Competition where my team and I researched, developed and executed a full PR campaign for the Student Veterans Organization on Quinnipiac’s campus.
When I’m not working, I spend most of my time reading, drinking copious amounts of red wine, being a superfan at my little brother’s wrestling meets, binge-watching Netflix, tweeting and googling pictures of pug puppies in Halloween costumes.
I am as my Twitter bio says I am, an overly-emotional pug enthusiast. I also follow back: @kate_lizotte
